Terms of Service

Awal is built by Solution Technology Qatar. These terms cover how the scanner, monitoring, and optimization services work, what we promise, and, just as important, what we don't. Plain English, no fine print.
What Awal does
Awal measures how often, and how favorably, a business is mentioned when people ask AI assistants for a recommendation, and how it shows up in Google Search, Maps, and AI Overviews. Every scan and monitoring report is a record of what we found, tested against real prompts and real AI-assistant responses.
Scans and monitoring subscriptions test against the AI assistants we actively measure:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Perplexity
- Gemini · grounded in Google Search
- Fanar
Alongside AI assistants, we also check Google organic results, Google Maps, and Google AI Overviews as their own measured surface.
What Awal does not guarantee
This is the part we want you to read closely. Awal measures and reports. It does not control what an AI assistant or Google decides to say about your business.
- We do not guarantee any specific ranking, placement, mention, or ordering in an AI assistant's answer or in Google's results.
- We do not guarantee any specific business outcome (leads, calls, bookings, sales, or revenue) from using Awal or acting on a report's recommendations.
- AI assistants and search engines change their models and results on their own schedule, outside our control. A result today isn't a promise for tomorrow.
"As is," as an indicative signal
The service, and every scan, score, and trend it produces, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Treat every result as an indicative signal captured at a point in time, not a certified or permanent fact about your business's standing. We test with real prompts against real AI-assistant responses, but AI assistants are non-deterministic. The same question can get a different answer twice.
Pricing and billing
All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Paid scans, monitoring subscriptions, and optimization engagements are billed exactly as described on our pricing page at the time you purchase. We don't change what you agreed to pay after the fact.
Acceptable use
The scanner is built to measure real businesses, not to be a research tool for scraping AI assistants. When you use Awal, you agree to:
- Run each scan for one specific business you own or are authorized to represent, not a batch of businesses you don't control.
- Not automate, script, or send excessive requests against the scanner, our APIs, or any report page, and not attempt to bypass rate limits.
- Not scrape, copy, or redistribute scan results, our methodology, or the underlying AI-assistant responses we capture, without our written permission.
Accounts and access
Where Awal gives you a login, dashboard, or report link, you're responsible for keeping it confidential and for activity that happens through it. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or revoke access for accounts or scans we reasonably believe are being abused.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solution Technology Qatar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or reputational harm, arising from your use of Awal.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific scan, subscription, or engagement giving rise to the claim, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar. Awal is a product of Solution Technology Qatar, Palm Tower B, Floor 41, West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Awal's features change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Awal after an update means you accept the revised terms.
